The details

The Brownie Bowl Pan has six rounded wells that bake into deep, sturdy cups. Pour in your batter, bake, and each cavity turns out a contained bowl with walls firm enough to hold a generous scoop of whatever you spoon in.

It is made from heavy-gauge aluminized steel with a corrugated underside. Those ridges are not decorative: they let air circulate around the pan for even browning and add rigidity so the steel resists warping over years of use.

The surface is coated in AMERICOAT, USA Pan's silicone-based nonstick made without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA. Baked bowls lift out cleanly and the pan wipes down with little effort. It is oven safe to 450 degrees. The pan measures 15.75 by 11.125 by 1.75 inches overall.
