The small rack you reach for constantly: cooling a single batch of cookies, glazing a few scones, or lifting bacon out of its own grease inside a quarter sheet pan. Sized to nest right inside a quarter sheet, with feet tall enough for real airflow.

The details

This is a steel cross-wire rack measuring about 12 by 8.25 inches, designed to drop neatly inside a USA Pan quarter sheet pan. The tight cross-wire grid supports small cookies and delicate pastries without letting them slip through, and six raised feet lift everything about half an inch off the surface so air moves freely underneath.

It is oven-safe up to 450°F, which makes it as much a baking rack as a cooling rack: set it in a sheet pan to roast vegetables, crisp wings, or render bacon while the drippings fall away below. The chrome-plated steel wire is sturdy and easy to wipe down. Hand washing is recommended to keep the finish bright.

Made in the USA by the Bundy family near Pittsburgh, with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
