Mini Sheet Pan

Not every job needs a full sheet pan. For a couple of cookies, a single serving of roasted vegetables, or reheating last night's slice, this little pan is exactly right, and it slides into a toaster oven or air fryer with room to spare.

The details

The Mini Sheet Pan is a scaled-down version of USA Pan's full-size sheets, built to the same standard. The baking surface is 9 by 6 inches with a one-inch lip; outer dimensions are 9.4 by 6.5 by 1 inch. That footprint is sized for toaster ovens, air fryers, and compact or RV ovens.

It is made from heavy-gauge aluminized steel with a fluted bottom. The ridges let air circulate beneath your food for even browning and stiffen the pan so it resists warping under high heat, the same reason full-size USA Pan sheets stay flat for years.

The AMERICOAT nonstick coating, made without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA, releases food without sprays and wipes clean fast. Oven safe to 450 degrees. Hand washing is recommended.
