The USA Pan Jelly Roll Pan measures 14.75 by 9.875 inches overall, with a baking surface of roughly 14.25 by 9.375 inches and a one-inch rim on all four sides. That shallow wall is the point: tall enough to contain batter and juices, low enough to roll a thin cake or slide cookies off with ease.
It is built from heavy-gauge aluminized steel with USA Pan's fluted, corrugated surface, which lifts the baking surface slightly and lets air circulate underneath for even baking and clean release. Reinforced steel wire is rolled into the rim, giving you a sturdy edge to grip with an oven mitt and adding real warp resistance.
The AMERICOAT nonstick coating, made without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA, means thin sponge cakes and sticky bars come away without tearing.
