The details
The baking surface runs about 20 1/4 by 14 1/4 inches with a 1-inch rim, noticeably larger than a standard half sheet. That extra space matters when you're roasting, since vegetables spread in a single layer brown and crisp instead of crowding and going soft. Check that your oven can fit the larger footprint before you commit.
It is made of heavy-gauge aluminized steel with the corrugated, fluted bottom that circulates air underneath for even browning and helps the pan stay flat under high heat. Reinforced rolled rims keep the larger pan rigid and easy to maneuver.
AMERICOAT nonstick coats the surface, a silicone-based finish made without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA, so even a big tray of roasted vegetables or fries releases cleanly and wipes out fast.
