The details
Twelve standard wells, each about 2 3/4 inches across and 1 3/8 inches deep, sized for everyday muffins, cupcakes, and dinner rolls. The full pan measures roughly 15 3/4 by 11 1/8 inches, a comfortable fit for a standard oven.
It is made from heavy-gauge aluminized steel with USA Pan's corrugated, ridged surface, which keeps air moving around each cup for even rise and consistent browning while helping the pan resist warping. The substantial weight is part of why the bakes come out so reliably level.
AMERICOAT nonstick coats every cup, a silicone-based finish made without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA. Liners are optional rather than a necessity, and the pan wipes clean with little effort.
