A top seller here at Amish Country Popcorn, Baby White Popcorn is hulless, crispy, small, and very white. Baby White is similar to Medium White Popcorn with smaller kernels.
The “hull” is the outer layer of the kernel. Due to the lack of a hull, the Baby White Hulless Popcorn is easier to chew and digest than other varieties of popcorn. It is also known for having a tender and delicate texture when popped.

This popcorn is not hulless like our variety. It does not have as much flavor as its counterparts, but it is perfect for coatings, glazes, or seasonings.
Popping Tips
To achieve its recognizable shape, Mushroom Popcorn should be popped at a higher temperature, but can be popped using traditional popping methods. This creates more mushroom-shaped kernels and leaves less un-popped corn.
