Each shape is bronze-drawn, a traditional technique that creates a textured surface, allowing the sauce to cling beautifully to the pasta. It is then dried slowly at low temperatures, preserving the wheat’s natural flavor and ensuring a firm, al dente bite. The gigli shape, inspired by the lily flower with its ruffled edges, is perfect for hearty sauces and baked dishes.
